This is a COMMISION based position with no CAP Duties • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services. • Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create compelling email marketing campaigns targeting prospective buyers and sellers. • Design and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads. • Utilize performance marketing techniques to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize results. • Write persuasive copy for property listings, advertisements, newsletters, and other promotional materials. • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
