Home Loan Originations Counsel (Part-time and Remote)

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced real estate attorney with a focus on home loan originations for a remote, part-time opportunity with our financial services client. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate consumer finance, including first mortgage and home equity loans and credit lines. The candidate will be supporting home loan originations and assisting with the marketing and expansion of loan products into new markets and should have an in-depth understanding of the various stages of real estate transactions and all related fair lending, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, licensing, and reporting laws and regulations. This role is remote, will last at least 3 to 6 months and is expected to account for 15-20 hours of work per week. The candidate must be admitted to practice law in the United States. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $100 per hour (equivalent of $200,00/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
