Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education as a Full Time Sales Manager for Premium Retail Services. The role involves overseeing a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing leadership, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.
Requirements
• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
• Existing knowledge of the wireless category is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be able to inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
