Lead Dotnet Developer

Lead .NET/Blazor Developer Location: Remote in Texas Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, Visual Studio, Blazor). • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile/SCRUM environment. • Create, review, and modify data models, stored procedures, and queries in SQL Server to ensure scalability and performance. • Apply design patterns and principles for high-quality and maintainable code. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues. • Work closely with the DevOps team to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines. • Document technical solutions and provide proof-of-concept implementations when required. Required Qualifications • 15+ years in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Visual Studio). • 15+ years in web application development using .NET technologies. • 15+ years working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. • 10+ years with Entity Framework (ORM). • 10+ years in database design, implementation, and optimization (SQL Server). • 10+ years applying software design principles and writing technical documentation. • 5+ years with Blazor web applications. • 5+ years with version control systems (Bitbucket or Git). • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
