The Role at a Glance
This role oversees all aspects of healthcare project delivery, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include pricing, contract oversight, vendor partnerships, and process development. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and business growth, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected.
How You’ll Contribute
You will lead the operational management of our healthcare business line, with a focus on project profitability, client satisfaction, and service excellence. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution—from scoping and pricing to delivery and performance—ensuring each initiative is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to develop and refine healthcare-specific processes and systems. You’ll work closely with legal on contract reviews, support proposal development with the Response Team, and lead pricing efforts in partnership with the WeSolve Pricing Desk. Your ability to create structured business requirements, documentation, and operational guidelines will be critical in setting clear expectations and driving consistent results.
You’ll also be responsible for hiring and managing the team that supports this business line, building vendor relationships, and identifying top industry partners. Through strategic oversight and process optimization, you’ll contribute to client retention, compliance, and operational growth. Your input will also be essential in identifying opportunities to expand services or pursue new business ventures.
This is a hands-on role that requires both office-based work and regular site visits, with travel expected up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications and Skills
Education/Work Experience/Certificates
• Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales and/or business, preferred
• Five to seven years of healthcare relocation project management experience
• Previous pricing and project management positions in the healthcare industry
