Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Chattanooga, TN About Blazer Jobs Blazer Jobs partners with school districts across the country to connect highly qualified behavioral health professionals with schools focused on improving student behavior, independence, and academic engagement through applied behavior analysis. Role Summary As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. You’ll design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student growth and success in the classroom.
