Qualifications: • Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s) • Experience negotiating settlements and advocate for clients • Strong communication and client relationships • Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking • Experience: 5-6 years in litigation, trial experience preferred • +4 years of PERSONAL INJURY experience.
