What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of social media management experience, ideally at a DTC brand.
• A track record of building engaged social communities and driving measurable growth through content, storytelling, and campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and what type of content performs best on each.
• A strong eye for clean, confident brand design—from visual content to copy.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to switch between clever, confident, and educational tones.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
• Bonus points for experience in influencer partnerships or creator-led campaign strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Own and grow the brand’s organic social media presence across all platforms.
• Plan, write, design, and schedule social content that is visually striking, on-brand, and community-driven.
• Engage directly with followers and help foster a vibrant, two-way relationship with our audience.
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and adjacent brands.
• Monitor content performance and apply learnings to optimize future efforts.
• Research and identify new partnership opportunities to amplify brand presence.
