Virtual Assistant for Client Support and Funnel QA
• *About the Role:**
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to help manage the day-to-day delivery of client projects inside our funnel consulting agency. You’ll be the **glue** between the execution team (builders, designers, ad buyers) and our clients — making sure everything runs on time, launches smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.
This role is **critical** to helping us scale. You'll be responsible for quality checking builds, communicating with clients, tracking project movement, and **reporting back daily to the owner**. If you love systems, checklists, and working behind-the-scenes to make things happen — this is for you.
### Project & Task Management
- Track progress of client projects and send internal reminders
- Maintain project dashboards and Notion/Google Drive folders
- Ensure deadlines are met by checking in with each team member
- **Provide daily update reports to the business owner on project statuses, issues, and completions**
Funnel QA & Testing
- Test landing pages, forms, mobile views, workflows, and automations before launch
- Submit test leads and ensure all GHL automations are firing correctly (email/SMS/call/tag logic)
- Report bugs or broken flows to the Funnel Builder or Strategist
Client Communication Support
- Send onboarding links, reminders, and launch updates
- Follow up with clients for testimonials, access details, and missing assets
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain lead tracking sheets and note CPLs weekly
- Pull performance reports from Meta Ads or GHL as needed
- Support internal reporting processes (weekly snapshot for team and owner)
️ Admin & Documentation
- Organize SOPs, templates, testimonials, and campaign data
- Update task boards and internal templates
- Help with light research or documentation when needed
**Requirements**
- Highly organized and detail-focused — you don’t miss small things
- Confident using tools like Google Sheets, GHL, Slack, Notion, Trello, etc.
- Fast learner — especially around marketing tech, automations, and funnels
- Excellent written English — you’ll be helping with client comms
- Reliable and proactive — you solve problems without waiting for instructions
- **Able to provide consistent daily updates and reporting to the business owner**
- Comfortable working UK hours (or overlapping at least 3–4 hours daily)
⏰ Availability & Payment
- Starting part-time (10–20 hours/week) with room to grow
- Flexible hours but must hit agreed delivery timelines
- Per hour or fixed monthly pay (to be agreed based on experience)

- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager
- Background in marketing, tech, or agency environment
- Light copywriting or content editing experience
