We’re Hiring: IBM Business Automation Manager Open Editions (BAMOE) Architect / SME We have an immediate opening for an Architect / SME in IBM Business Automation Manager Open Editions (BAMOE). This is a remote role with flexibility on location across the U.S. Preference for US Citizens or Green Card holders. Duration: 6 months initially, with strong potential for extension. Engagement: Contract, with option for Contract-to-Hire. Rate: Open at this time. Key Requirements • Extensive hands-on experience with IBM BAMOE / Business Automation Workflow: installation, configuration, clustering, and production deployment. • Strong expertise in Drools rule engine architecture, Kogito setup, and Spring Boot microservices integration. • Proven track record of executing large-scale platform migrations within enterprise BPM platforms. Responsibilities • Collaborate with client teams to design the target-state BAMOE architecture, integrated with Spring Boot and Drools. • Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and oversee framework setup across environments. • Lead IBM BAMOE installation, clustering, and environment setup (Dev, Test, Prod). • Architect rule deployment pipelines, versioning strategies, governance frameworks, and optimize rule execution performance within Drools. • Drive API-driven integrations with enterprise systems.
