Remote Call Center Specialist - Aetna Medicaid

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and more
• Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize rapid internet connectivity with secure access through an ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed)
• Participate in comprehensive training and utilize provided equipment to perform job duties

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and providers
• Strong performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare
