Business Analyst - American Express

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Enterprise Marketing Platforms and Solutions (EMPS) team, where you'll have the opportunity to work with one of the largest datasets in the world and make a real impact on our clients and business.
Job Summary:

About the Role:
- Managing and submitting offers through required review cycles
- Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns
- Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns
- Supporting the team's operational reporting and tracking
- Collaborating with technology teams to set up, track, and validate offers
- Providing training and support to marketing partners
- Driving process improvements and efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Related experience in marketing execution or project management (an plus)
- Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to think creatively and innovate
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort with and ability to understand technical systems and capabilities
