About the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Aeetna, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs seeking a role with greater autonomy, a focus on patient well-being, and a departure from the fast-paced clinic setting. You'll leverage your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to improve patient outcomes and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes.
• Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to support patients recovering in their homes.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's treatment plan.
• May require additional licensure in multi-state service areas.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Travel up to two hours each way for patient visits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; IV-related experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and collision insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and tracking patient care.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of 5 non-weekend days and one weekend day per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience
• One year of infusion experience
• Home medical services experience
• Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) certification
