Remote Product Manager - Night Shift (Entry-Level, Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Product Manager, responsible for launching and managing new peer-to-peer (P2P) payment functions and products for Amex card members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a clear focus on the customer, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide clarity and direction across teams.

About the Role:

• Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and pinpoint customer needs to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, advocate for customer needs, and ensure successful product launches
• Partner with engineers and solutions architects to define technical solutions, assess trade-offs, and deliver product features/platform capabilities
• Set and track development/launch timelines, navigate complex dependencies, and communicate influences to stakeholders
• Shape hypotheses, define metrics, analyze KPIs, and collect customer feedback to continuously improve the product and refine feature backlogs

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in new product development, product management, or a similar role
• Enthusiasm for superb products and services, deep customer empathy, and skilled at articulation of product capability
• Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and reconcile competing desires across customers, stakeholders, and partners
• Knowledge of tech and product development tactics, with a strong understanding of the intersection of business and technology
• Detail-oriented, able to perceive key questions, and verify how pieces of the puzzle interact and affect the overall project
