Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives
- Lead and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals

- Utilize planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience

- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
