At Stanley Black & Decker, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a core member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, driving business success and growth.

This is a full-remote opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. You'll be part of a dedicated team based in Canada, reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to provide top-notch service and resolve customer inquiries.


About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, sales personnel, and distributors
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing various software systems, including Outlook, SAP, and Esker, to manage customer interactions and data

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A college or university diploma/degree
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
