Job Summary:

Join Haymarket Medical Education's Outcomes Assessment and Evaluation team as a part-time Data Analyst and play a critical role in supporting the creation, reporting, and evolution of outcomes associated with grant-supported educational programs across all therapeutic areas. As a Data Analyst, you will collect and interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders via PowerPoint outcomes reporting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of automated dashboards to provide improved reporting tools.

• Position: Part-Time Data Analyst
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

• Compensation: $30/hour
• Schedule: 20 hours a week
• Location: Remote (Paramus, NJ or NYC office options available)

Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders via PowerPoint outcomes reporting with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborate with sales support team to understand client needs and develop applicable data solutions
• Work with Business Intelligence and Development teams to optimize current processes and assist in the development of automated dashboards
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets with attention to detail and accuracy
• Clean, code, and recode variables in preparation for analysis

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS-Excel with intermediate knowledge of formulas
• Experience presenting data graphically using MS-PowerPoint
• Knowledge of statistics and data management
• Ability to think creatively and multitask
• BS degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Public Health preferred
