We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/ABA Therapist to join our team at Key Autism Services in Lithia Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
  • 1-year ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
