We are seeking a passionate and experienced Four Star Express Kidstop Instructor Float to join our team at Osseo Area Schools. As a Kidstop Instructor Float, you will have the opportunity to work with children, plan engaging activities, and collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

• Location: Osseo, MN (remote work options available)
• Hours: 6.5 hours or more per day, 5 days a week
• Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package
• Job Type: Part-time or full-time, school year

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs of children
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and children
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service workshops, and other events to maintain effective communication
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age preferred)
• Two years of credit towards a bachelor's degree and 2,080 hours of direct work experience in a preschool kindergarten readiness setting
• Current First Aid and CPR training or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
• Experience with planning and implementing early childhood instructional content
• Knowledge of child assessment instruments and experience with assessing children's cognitive skills
