Non-Clinical Trainer - Full-Time - Days - Memorial Primary Care

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our contact center staff
- Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address gaps in performance
- Collaborate with our leadership team to establish training goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them
- Design and implement curriculum to support our service vision and quality initiatives
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and training methodologies
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in facilitating classroom training, instructional design, and adult learning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
