Dynamic Office Manager & Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Office Manager & Administrative Assistant to join our award-winning design firm in Avon, CO. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage front desk responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including mail and package management, petty cash handling, and payment processing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conference room scheduling, and staff meetings
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and services, including ordering and inventory management
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including new hire orientation, employee timesheets, and benefits administration
  • Support management and principals with tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Optional opportunities for graphic design, social media management, and website updates

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ($24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE)
  • Full-time, hourly position with standard holidays and vacation time
