Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment.

• Examine product prices, scan items, collect payments, and dispense accurate change amounts.
• Furnish proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by providing relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and offering solutions to their problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter area at all times.
• Monitor transactions recorded on balance sheets and alert management of any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail cashier or similar customer service position with verifiable experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating electronic devices such as POS systems and cash registers.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
