Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, imaging, deployment, and patching processes, with a strong understanding of IT principles and practices.
