We are seeking an exceptional Senior JAMF Engineer to join our innovative team at Workwarp, a leading IT consulting and business process outsourcing organization. As a remote team member, you will play a vital role in deploying, managing, and maintaining Apple devices within our organization using the JAMF Pro platform. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of all Apple hardware and software systems, driving our company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Apple devices using JAMF Pro, ensuring security compliance and troubleshooting issues
• Implement zero-touch deployment processes for new devices through Apple's Automated MDM Enrollment (DEP) and JAMF Pro
• Develop and manage scripts to automate device management tasks, software installations, and system updates
• Oversee application packaging, deployment, and updating using JAMF Pro, including software licensing management and compliance
• Enforce security policies and configurations to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
• Deliver outstanding technical support for macOS and iOS issues related to system performance, software installation, and network connectivity

• JAMF 300 certification required
