People Operations Lead – Recruiting + Talent Architecture (Remote – U.S. Time Zone)
We are hiring a People Operations Lead to take ownership of talent acquisition, internal people systems, and cultural development inside a high-performance, automation-driven company.
This is not a traditional HR role. You’ll lead recruiting strategy, coordinate with marketing for outreach, manage AI-first hiring workflows, and structure the full candidate journey. You will also help architect the cultural foundation for our growing team.
If you're a structured thinker with strong writing skills, experience managing recruiting pipelines, and a passion for building systems — this role is for you.
About Us
We’re building a next-generation operational framework for scaling our brands — combining automation, AI, human performance systems, and marketing infrastructure to drive real-world results.
To support that growth, we’re seeking someone to own the people layer: recruiting, onboarding, and culture-building with clarity and intent. This is a build-the-system, scale-the-talent, own-the-outcome opportunity.
About the Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Lead who can design and execute a full-spectrum talent strategy — from recruiting to retention.
You’ll define roles, build and publish job profiles, coordinate outreach with marketing, manage candidate funnels, and collaborate with leadership to scale teams that actually work. You'll also be responsible for building internal documentation, onboarding systems, and cultural frameworks that make the people experience intentional, not accidental.
If you know how to turn ambiguity into structure — and love connecting the dots between people, performance, and purpose — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Recruiting
• Translate role needs into structured job profiles and scorecards
• Write and publish job postings on platforms like Indeed, Workable, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate first-round AI interviews (e.g. Camila) and lead structured human follow-ups
• Filter, track, and maintain clean recruiting pipelines using GoHighLevel or similar CRM
Marketing-Driven Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with marketing to align recruitment campaigns with brand tone
• Create and publish job magnets and visual job ads
• Support the creation of hiring landing pages and applicant funnels
• Manage outbound targeting by platform, market, and candidate profile
People Operations Infrastructure
• Own candidate pipeline data, interview scheduling, and tagging
• Build internal SOPs, onboarding docs, and culture artifacts
• Contribute to internal value frameworks and team rituals
• Monitor candidate experience and early team integration
Job Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years in recruiting, people operations, or talent acquisition
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound recruiting campaigns
• Ability to self-direct, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely
• Availability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
Preferred
• Experience with AI tools for interviews or recruiting workflows
• Background in early-stage companies or fast-scaling teams
• Ability to create outreach assets in Canva or Notion
• Comfort working across marketing, ops, and leadership functions
If you're looking for a traditional HR coordinator role with templates and task lists — this is not it.
If you're excited to help design a recruiting and culture system from scratch — you’re in the right place.
