About Us:
Our client is a growing luxury travel brand based in Austin, TX, specializing in adult-only travel and catering to empty nesters and individuals seeking unique, dream travel experiences. With a robust online presence, including an Instagram, Facebook group, Pinterest platform, and weekly podcast, they aim to scale up significantly in 2025. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Virtual Assistant to help expand their reach and engage with their community.
Position: Part -Time Social Media Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the client’s Facebook and Instagram accounts with a primary focus on Intsagram and Facebook growth. Help maintain a consistent posting schedule using MeetEdgar.
• Content Creation: Design and curate high-quality content tailored for their 40+ audience niche, including Canva graphics, engaging captions, and repurposed podcast content.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with their audience by responding to comments, engaging with posts, and fostering community relationships within their Facebook group and other platforms.
• Instagram Expertise: Develop and execute strategies to grow the client’s Instagram following, increase engagement, and optimize content for Instagram-specific trends and algorithms.
• LinkedIn Activity: Increase the client’s activity on LinkedIn by creating professional posts, engaging with connections, and building a strong network.
• Pinterest Platform: Maintain and grow their existing Pinterest account by creating visually appealing pins and leveraging keywords for traffic.
• Lead Generation: Build lists by researching and interacting with accounts relevant to their niche.
• Algorithm Savvy: Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to optimize post reach and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance data to measure campaign success and suggest areas for improvement.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with our client, their VA, and the team to align social media strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in social media management and as a virtual assistant. Previous experience managing Facebook groups and Instagram accounts is a must.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency with Canva, and a strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Tools: Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and more.
• Traits: An independent thinker with a strong work ethic who can take initiative and align strategies with the client’s brand voice.
