Job Description: Healthcare Customer Service Agent- Remote in PALocation: Harrisburg, PA, 17110Skills: Healthcare Call Center Agent- Remote We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers. This is a remote position based in Harrisburg, PA. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls from members and healthcare providers • Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare services • Assist members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare call center environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace Job Types: Full-time, Contract Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift- between the hours of 7am-9pm • In-office training may be required Ability to commute/relocate: • Harrisburg, PA 17110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): • Have you even been convicted of a felony / misdemeanor?
