This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and versatile Architect with strong coordination and development abilities to join a talented team working on commercial, Department of Defense, and residential projects.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in team coordination, project planning, and client relationship management. You'll apply your design expertise and technical skills to guide projects from concept to completion successfully. Key Responsibilities
• Lead project design and team coordination from concept to completion
• Collaborate on conceptual designs, presentations, and design development
• Oversee and contribute to the production of design and construction documents
• Conduct client presentations and support ongoing client relationships
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
• Develop creative, practical solutions for complex design challenges
• Mentor junior designers and support team growth
• Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings (optional)
• Assist in managing client expectations and consultant coordination
• Engage in firm-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and industry events
• Collaborate across teams to elevate design quality and innovation
Qualifications
• Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Architectural licensure
• Strong understanding of building codes and life safety regulations
• Proficiency in REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF/Bluebeam, and Enscape
• Technical expertise in construction detailing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
