Experienced Screen Printer Shift Hours: • DAY SHIFT: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM • NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Friday 4PM - 1AM The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to produce high-quality prints for customers throughout the US and Canada. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a critical thinker, naturally curious, and have a strong will to work in a team-oriented environment. Experienced Screen Printer Responsibilities: • Operate multi-color screen printing press (Manual and Automatic) to screen print customer-supplied designs on t-shirts and other products for everyone from personal orders to fortune 500 companies. • Prioritize order completion based on customer deadlines. • Execute screen printing tasks including, reviewing orders, ink mixing, and screen and machine setup. • Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area neat and complying with safety procedures. • Ability to meet customer deadlines, including overtime if necessary. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail Oriented and highly organized • Must be a self-starter and team player Experienced Screen Printer Full Benefits Package: • Fully Climate Controlled Facility (Heat and Air-Conditioned) • Paid time off • Health | Dental | Vision Insurance • 401K with company match • Casual dress code • 10% off Septa passes purchased by the Company • No cost Life Insurance to all employees • Employee discount on our apparel • Regular opportunities to earn overtime during busy season • *Unfortunately, because of the volume of applications we receive, we aren't able to give status updates, but if you are invited for an interview, you will generally be contacted within 2 weeks of submitting your application.** About the Company: Meet the Rush Order Tees Team!
