- the Williston Basin in North Dakota, which includes the Bakken and Three Forks shale formations;
- the Denver-Julesburg Basin, which includes the Niobrara and Codell shale formations in Colorado and Wyoming;
- the Fort Worth Basin in Texas, which includes the Barnett Shale formation; and
- the Piceance Basin in Colorado, which includes the liquids-rich Mesaverde formation as well as the emerging Mancos and Niobrara Shale formations.

- the DFW Midstream system, which serves the Fort Worth Basin;
- the Grand River system, which serves the Piceance Basin; and

- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of midstream operations, including pipeline, compressor stations, and processing facilities. Manage all aspects of safety and technical training through a learning management system (LMS).
- Training Delivery: If needed, conduct training sessions using various methods such as classroom presentations, virtual training, hands-on practical sessions, and simulations.
- Training Matrix Management: Create and maintain a training matrix that outlines required training for different roles within the company, ensuring all employees receive necessary training.
- Compliance and Safety Training: Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, including OSHA, PHMSA and other relevant regulations.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and audits. Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on these assessments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, completion, and certification status.
- Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with various departments such as operations, safety, and HR to identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Competency Assurance: Evaluate the competency levels of employees and identify gaps. Propose and implement training solutions to address these gaps.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Safety Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training coordination, preferably within the midstream or oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of midstream operations and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of midstream operations, including pipeline, compressor stations, and processing facilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to travel to various company locations as needed.
- Office environment with frequent field visits.
- May require lifting and carrying training materials.
- Travel up to 40%.
