The initial focus will be learning to support an AWS Kubernetes-based application. Once that knowledge transfer is complete, you will develop and support future versions. Support includes working with both internal and external customers.The position requires strong AWS full-stack development skills, along with some experience with customer support.This position will train in alignment with the Eastern time zone as much as possible, especially in the first half of 2025.Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong programming & scripting experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS styling, Restful API services, Webhooks, Jasmine, Playwright testing frameworks etc.
- Strong experience in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis etc...
- Good experience in cloud services such as AWS.
- Moderate experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Gitlab. Knowledge of Lens or
- Terraform is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional team player who works well in collaborative situations.
- Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills, willing to take up complex challenges and triage environmental issues.
