- Implement 1:1 direct services with clients in the clinic, home, and community environments, as prescribed by the BCBA
- Engage in ongoing rapport building
- Conduct preference assessments
- Implement the principles of reinforcement
- Conduct teaching using Discrete Trial Training, Natural Environment Training, and Task Analysis interventions
- Implement strategies prescribed in Behavior Intervention Plans
- Collect and record data across session, to the requirements stipulated by the company and funding source
- Support the BCBA in conducting assessments
- Collaborate with the care team to improve treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Establish and maintain working relationships with parents and caregivers
- RBT certification or completion of 40 hours training
