About the position The Call Center Agent position at AnswerNet involves providing high-level customer service solutions remotely. Agents will be responsible for making outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining integrity while adhering to company policies. This role requires a customer-oriented approach and the ability to handle various tasks related to customer support and sales. Responsibilities • Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects. , • Document all customer interactions using provided tools. , • Upsell products and services to customers. , • Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. , • Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions. , • Perform data capture and entry tasks. Requirements • At least one year of actual Call Center experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting. , • A clear, professional, and friendly voice. , • High-level people skills and active listening skills. , • Strong communication skills. , • Outstanding attendance and punctuality. , • High school diploma or GED. , • Basic computer skills and computer literacy. , • Experience in an outbound environment.
