RN Inbound Monitoring Agent - Fully Remote Looking for Weekend Support / Saturdays and Sundays from 7am-1p, 1pm-7p, occasional nights 7p-1am / 1am-7am MUST HAVE Compact RN, Illinois RN, CA, RN other non-compact states a plus! Position Overview: Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday, 24/7 Responsibilities: • Manage incoming vital RPM alerts with precision • Follow SOP & escalation pathways for incoming alerts • Provide accurate, valid & complete information using appropriate methods/tools • Respond to alerts within the necessary timeline • Document incidents accurately • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, adhering to customer service expectations in every call interaction • Make outbound phone calls to patients on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs • Monitor uploads and readings, ensuring compliance with care plan parameters • Go the extra mile; we value hardworking, engaged, honest, and reliable team members • Make outbound followup calls to post-acute patients during RPM alerts Requirements: • Strong phone (bed) side skills • Maintain a professional, friendly tone • Possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities • EHR knowledge/skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Compact (multi-state) RN US license. Active, unencumbered, in good standing • Licensed in CA & IL • Licensed in all or most non-compact states (CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR) • High-Speed Internet • Excellent computer skills • Proficiency in Google Suite • Reliability • Excellent nursing skills (CCM, RPM, PCM, RTM experience is a plus!) • Willing to obtain other state licenses Work Schedule: • We are hiring for these specific shift times right now: • Weekends • Saturday and Sunday • 7am-1pm / 1pm -7pm EST • Occasional overnight needs 7pm-1am / 1am-7am • 6 - hour shifts • Other PRN shifts available during the week if you want to pick up hours Training and Start Date: We are actively seeking candidates to fill open positions and plan to commence training quickly.
