About the Role We are looking for Closers and Setters who are passionate about sales and renewable energy. You will work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office time and field appointments based on your experience and preference. Responsibilities • Engage with pre-booked appointments to close deals and meet sales targets. • Educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy. • Collaborate with team members and partners to deliver exceptional service. • Represent EnergyTime Solar professionally in the field and at the office. • Track and report progress using provided tools and software. Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sales experience preferred for Closers; enthusiasm and willingness to learn for Setters. • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (office and field). • Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the company.
