REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - SCHOOL
About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oregon City, OR, for a short-term contract position in a school setting. This role is crucial in providing high-quality healthcare to students and ensuring their well-being during school hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing student health needs, administering medications, and providing first aid as necessary. The position requires a compassionate individual who can effectively communicate with students, parents, and school staff to promote a healthy school environment. As a Registered Nurse in a school setting, you will be expected to develop and implement health plans for students with chronic conditions, conduct health screenings, and maintain accurate health records. You will also play a key role in educating students and staff about health issues and promoting wellness initiatives within the school community. This position is on-site only, requiring you to be present at the school during the designated hours. The contract is set to start on July 31, 2024, and will last for two weeks, with a daily commitment of 8 hours. The pay rate for this position is competitive, with an estimated gross pay of $1758.50 per week. Responsibilities

Requirements

Nice-to-haves
