Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person. • Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction. • Assist in onboarding new customers by providing essential guidance and support. • Identify and report recurring issues or patterns to management. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools. • Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required.
