Description
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).
Security Background: 1-2 years (preferred).
Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).
Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Handle and access escalations
Scheduling and submitting time approvals
Proactive and able to take initiative
Great Problem solving skills
Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun
Dispatch role or answering calls and emails through out the night
MUST HAVE A GUARD CARD

Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, listen, and operate a computer.

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
