Salary: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year This is a remote position Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Responsibilities • Call on leads provided to you by the agency • Present and explain P&C insurance products to potential clients over the phone • Evaluate clients' needs and recommend the most suitable policies • Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high client retention Requirements • Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance licenses • Proven experience in sales (insurance sales is a plus) • Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual meetings • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting • Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations • Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Salesforce) • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Apply Job!
