Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $40 per hour. You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours worked. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain marketing data into our systems
Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards
Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and clients in a timely manner
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Work independently to meet productivity and quality goals
Collaborate with team members to ensure data is correctly shared and utilized across different areas of the company
Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve data quality and efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organization skills
Must have a reliable internet connection and a designated workspace in a quiet environment
