Director of Strategic Operations

Job Description: • Lead the design and implementation of workflows that prioritize member outcomes through collaboration • Partner with the CFO, Clinical team, and CGO to ensure new initiatives optimize operational efficiency • Collaborate with all functional areas to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows • Support development and delivery of training programs for team members • Leverage internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, project management, or a similar role focused on strategic initiatives and cost-reduction in healthcare settings • Proven ability to align strategic efforts with organizational values • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills • Experience with healthcare IT systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Project Management Workflow systems • Familiarity with Salesforce, housing documentation systems, and health plan portals • Strong data and reporting skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics Benefits: • Health insurance • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development • Opportunities for travel Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
