Senior E-Learning Developer to Build Turnkey Dialysis Access Training Course

I am seeking one highly experienced instructional designer / e-learning developer to build a premium, turnkey dialysis access training product that can be sold to dialysis facilities and dialysis organizations. The end users are dialysis PCTs (patient care technicians) and nursing staff working in outpatient dialysis facilities. This is not a simple slide deck or basic website project. I need a polished, professional training system for dialysis PCTs and nursing staff that includes strong instructional design, high-quality visuals, case-based learning, testing, certificates, and a delivery structure that supports B2B sales. I am the subject matter expert and can provide the clinical direction, workflow details, and case examples/images. I want the freelancer to take ownership of the project and turn the material into a market-ready product with as little management from me as possible. The course will cover topics such as: • fistula vs graft identification • access assessment • bruit vs thrill vs pulsatility • stenosis and thrombosis • prolonged bleeding after dialysis • clotted access • dialysis catheter dysfunction • fibrin sheath and low-flow problems • central venous stenosis • steal syndrome • urgent referral triggers • what happens at the access center after referral • angioplasty, declot/thrombectomy, catheter exchange • case-based procedure teaching using still images and possibly video clips Deliverables should include: • full course build • interactive learning modules • strong visual design and clinical diagrams • case-based procedure module • post-test / quiz • certificate of completion • narration-friendly or narrated walkthrough format • LMS or course platform setup/recommendation • structure for selling by training group/cohort or annual facility access Preferred experience: • instructional design • e-learning development • Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 • SCORM/LMS experience • Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi, or similar • video editing / narration integration • healthcare, nursing, medical, or compliance education • experience creating paid B2B training products Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic PowerPoints, generic websites, or simple course uploads.
