Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field. • Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education). • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy. • Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting. • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities. • Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities. • Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms.
