We are seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Specialist to oversee bodily injury claims with values reaching up to $1 million. This role is designed for a strategic expert who excels in a fast-paced environment, possessing the licensing to operate across the contiguous 48 states and the technical savvy to navigate mid-to-high level injury litigation. Join us to drive resolution on complex transportation claims while delivering exceptional service to our clients and insureds. salary: $28.03 - $28.04 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Processes commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly. • Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims. • Develops and maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards prompt and appropriate resolution. • Communicates claim action/processing with insured, client, and agent or broker when appropriate.
