We are seeking dedicated professionals for a claims adjuster – casualty litigation role. This injury claims adjuster role offers unique challenges and opportunities for growth. As a claims adjuster for casualty litigation, you’ll manage complex commercial claim investigations, interpret coverage, investigate liability, and handle claims involving multiple vehicles, competing claims, and significant injuries. You’ll direct counsel through litigation, engage experts, conduct negotiations including mediations, arbitrations, and trials, while evaluating claims to mitigate risk with potential travel required.
