This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse claims caseload, work independently, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to a company rooted in integrity, innovation, and customer focus. • *What You’ll Do** As a • *Claims Adjuster II** , you will manage Workers’ Compensation claims with moderate medical and indemnity exposure, including litigation. Your work will include: • Conducting initial investigations, verifying coverage, determining compensability, and crafting action plans • Setting accurate case reserves using medical knowledge and sound judgment • Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners • Accurately evaluating and paying benefits in compliance with state and company guidelines • Coordinating and monitoring medical treatment to drive timely, cost-effective claim progression • Collaborating with defense attorneys and proactively mitigating litigation exposure • Reviewing your caseload regularly to ensure efficient claim resolution • Performing additional related duties as needed • *What You Bring** We’re looking for candidates with: • 2–5 years’ experience in Workers’ Comp adjusting or insurance • 3+ years managing AZ, CO, NV, and/or TX claims at a high, independent level • Ability to manage additional jurisdictions • Strong customer service, communication, and time‑management skills • Knowledge of state Workers’ Compensation laws and claim protocols • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • *Preferred Certifications (not Required)** WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU, or similar insurance designations If your state requires a claims license, you must obtain and maintain it within mandated timelines. • *Work Environment & Benefits** This is a • *remote (WFH) role** open to candidates located in the U.S. who can work without sponsorship. • *EMPLOYERS Offers** Competitive salary range • *$60,000-$84,000** A comprehensive benefits package— • *too many perks to list here!
