We are currently seeking a motivated and community-oriented Insurance Agent & Financial Strategist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping others achieve financial confidence, whether you're experienced or just getting started. What You’ll Do • Generate and follow up with leads through social media, phone outreach, and local networking • Meet with clients to understand their needs and present options for: • Life Insurance • Health Insurance • Annuities • Retirement Income Planning • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and financial consultations • Recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions tailored to each client • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support • Handle policy applications, renewals, and client servicing • Stay compliant with industry regulations and CMS guidelines • Manage your own schedule and client portfolio like a small business owner What We're Looking For • Experience with life and health insurance, annuities, or financial services is a plus (but not required — we provide training!) • State insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll guide you) • Excellent communication and people skills • Self-driven, professional, and highly motivated • Strong sense of purpose and a desire to help others • Entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented attitude What We Offer • Comprehensive training and mentorship • Access to cutting-edge marketing tools and client resources • Ongoing education and certification opportunities • Supportive team culture and experienced leadership • Opportunity to build a flexible career with unlimited earning potential • Commission-based compensation (no base salary or hourly pay) Job Type • Commission Only (No base pay) • Full-time or Part-time • Remote Age 18 year old + Schedule • Monday to Friday (flexible) • Some evenings/weekends based on client needs (optional) License/Certification • Insurance License (Preferred, or willing to obtain) Work Location • Remote • In-person meetings optional based on location and client preference Ready to Make a Real Impact?
