Technical Project Manager (Level 2) -- EdTech

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Technical Project Manager to join our educational technology client. This is a remote position working East Coast hours. Pay: $50.00 - $58.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Description: We're seeking a Technical Project Manager with hands‐on experience leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives across Product and Engineering. This role requires strong ownership of planning, execution, and delivery, along with the ability to keep teams aligned to program intent. What You'll Do • Drive planning and execution of multi‐team technical projects • Ensure delivery stays aligned with program goals and scope • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones • Communicate proactively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross‐functional teams • Support Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation • Use Jira and Confluence to track progress and manage workflows What We're Looking For • 3-7 years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management • Previous experience within educational software is preferred but not required • Proven ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives end‐to‐end • Strong communication and stakeholder‐management skills • Hands‐on experience working within Agile teams • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex workstreams • Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
