Ciklum is looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.  Architected and built a multi-agent AI system (~12 specialized agents) supporting R&D innovation for a consumer healthcare product line (brush heads MVP) — covering new product development, event-driven concepts, and cost optimization. Sole engineering owner, collaborating with a part-time Director (QA & workshop facilitation) and domain SMEs. Responsibilities: Design and implement the multi-agent orchestration architecture end-to-end Build the knowledge graph and data pipelines across the 13 MVP-critical data sources Integrate and prompt-engineer LLMs via Azure OpenAI; implement reliability techniques (Best-of-N, two-pass chain verification, self-reflection loops, confidence gating, expert-panel consensus, deterministic tool use) Stand up the Azure deployment: AKS / Azure Functions, Cosmos DB / Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Entra ID SSO, App Insights monitoring Partner with Domain SMEs on UAT, back-testing, and sensitivity testing during Weeks 13–16 Requirements: Must-Have Skills Strong production experience building multi-agent or agentic LLM systems (orchestration frameworks, tool use, RAG) Hands-on Azure stack proficiency: Azure OpenAI Service, AKS, Cosmos DB / Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Entra ID Knowledge graph design and data pipeline engineering (Python) Proven track record with hallucination mitigation, evaluation harnesses, and confidence scoring Comfortable working directly with non-technical domain experts and running technical validation cycles Nice-to-Have  Prior R&D, CPG, or regulated-industry deployments Experience with Monte Carlo / NumPy simulation sandboxes Background in patent/regulatory-aware AI workflows Profile Fit Senior, autonomous, delivery-focused — capable of owning architecture decisions and shipping a production-grade system in a tight 16-week window with significant client-side dependencies What`s in it for you?
