We’re looking for a Senior Web& Content Coordinator who wants their work to have purpose. Someone who can blend strategy, creativity, and technical skill to strengthen our digital presence and deepen supporter engagement.

About the role
As the Senior Web & Content Creator you will support and enhance our digital presence across web, email, and campaigns. You’ll manage our bilingual website, contribute to SEO and content efforts, and help deliver engaging digital experiences that connect people to our mission.
You’ll bring together content, data, and collaboration to support campaigns and ensure everything is accurate, consistent, and effective.
What you’ll do
• Manage and optimize English and French websites (content updates, new pages, UX improvements) on Optimizely CMS
• Develop and execute SEO/AEO and digital content strategies
• Use our marketing calendar and programs updates to inform content plans
• Lead the development of the monthly eNewsletter and advocacy email campaigns
• Create and oversee digital content and creative (web pages, blogs, email, graphics, video)
• Maintain and optimize email marketing and engagement systems
• Monitor and report on web and campaign performance with Google Analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand strategy
What you bring
• 5+ years of experience in web/digital marketing and CMS management
• Strong SEO, SEM, and digital campaign expertise
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics and Content Management Systems like Optimizely
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks)
• Skilled in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design tools
• Excellent writing skills for web and email engagement
• Strong project management and organizational skills
Nice to have:
• NGO/charity experience
• Knowledge of animal welfare, environmental or conservation issues
• French language skills
